Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC collects when you use NMIdash and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, email address and a hash of your password.
- Gateway credentials: the NMI API key (and optional public tokenization key) you provide, stored encrypted.
- Payment data from your gateway: transaction details your NMI account returns, such as amounts, dates, customer names and emails, and masked card numbers (last 4 digits). We cache it briefly to make the dashboard fast and do not keep a permanent copy.
- Billing: your PayPal subscription ID and status. PayPal handles your payment details; we do not receive your card number.
- Security logs: sign-ins and actions such as refunds, with time and IP address.
How we use it
Only to provide and secure the Service, to bill your subscription, to send you account emails (confirmation, password resets, billing notices), and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal information and do not use your customers' data for marketing.
Who we share it with
Your NMI gateway (to fetch your data and carry out your actions), PayPal (for billing), and our hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the Service's data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your customers' data
For the payment data in your gateway, you are the business responsible for it, and we process it on your behalf to show it to you.
Retention
We keep your account while it is open. When you delete your account we delete your account details, keys and cached data immediately. Security logs may be kept for up to 12 months.
Your choices
You can update your details in Settings, delete your account at any time, and email us to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
